Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove

Pleasantly surprised at the value of this place... Friendly front desk staff, quick check-in, spotless room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was the usual cruisin' cuisine of free breakfasts everywhere - out of the box belly fillers but well stocked with moderate variety. The only real improvement to be made, in my humble opinion, is the coffee. I wasn't sure if it was actually coffee or a cleaning detergent doing double time. But still, great value for the price and would certainly use this establishment again should our travels bring us this way.

Here are some honest pros and cons of this hotel. First the pros,, the price of the room is reasonable compared to other hotels. The rooms are spacious with a sitting area, clean and it's nice to have two TV's. The location of the hotel is great with lots of parking. The free breakfast is standard and the workout area is decent. The staff is friendly and there's always plenty of coffee available in the lobby. The cons,, The (small) pool was completely drained and the (small) jacuzzi was out of order. We have stayed here before and it was an issue then as well. Be prepared to put down a $200 deposit which takes several days to be put back into your bank account. My biggest complaint is that the bed was old and very uncomfortable. I woke up each morning with my back hurting. Our TV was not working in the sitting area. They said someone would come up that afternoon to fix it but no one ever came. Three mornings in a row there was no hot water (lukewarm at the most) to take a shower. I know the hotel was full and we were on the fourth floor so maybe that was the issue. At night the water was super hot though.

First time stay at this Cambria and got in late but was very happy with the property and the very fair rate for a Thursday night stay. The night Manager was friendly with a quick check-in. The room was nicely decorated and modern and had 2 separate rooms with large (50") TVs in each. Decent bed and the area was very quiet with plenty of food options. It's also easy to jump on and off of interstate to get to the property which was nice. The breakfast was fairly typical and I had an omelet and sausage links. Didn't check out the pool area but it looked nice in the website pictures. Definitely worth the visit for business or family travel

My wife and I are currently staying at the Cambria hotel in Minneapolis, and it is absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, we've been treated to a level of hospitality that can only be described as "Minnesota nice." Every member of the staff has been incredibly kind and welcoming. The room itself is spacious and incredibly well-lit, offering a perfect, comforting retreat. It features a king-size bed, two large TVs, a couch with a separate sitting area, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. It's so clean and feels so well-cared for. We flew into town for my uncle's end-of-life celebration, and the genuine warmth and comfort provided by the hotel have been a true source of peace during a difficult time. The Cambria is a phenomenal place to stay, and we couldn't recommend it more highly.

Good clean comfy hotel in maple grove. Good price. Starting to show its age. Needs a good full time maintenance person. Restaurant & bar is usually always closed as it was this time again

Fantastic room, clean, housekeeping is daily and much appreciated. Very good breakfast, simple & quality. Definitely our new go-to hotel to stay. It is 20 minutes from the Cities. Very much a better price option than staying in the Cities.

It was a nice hotel. I would stay again. No complaints, just be aware if going with kids that the pool and pool area are very small.
